Technical Assistant

Sam graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2020 with a first class honours BA in Natural Sciences, specialising in microbiology and virology. He then completed an MRes degree in Drug Design at University College London where his research focused on interrogating the role of the NRP1 protein in SARS-CoV-2 infectivity.

Sam joined Sagittarius IP in 2021 and is training to become a patent attorney. During his training, Sam has gained experience in freedom to operate analysis, patent drafting, and European and international prosecution. His subject-matter specialisms include anti-infectives, formulation of small and large molecules, and therapeutic proteins and peptides. Sam holds the Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary, University of London and is based in our London office.
